Use of the service
You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use ForgeQM only for lawful quality-management activities.
Technical and compliance responsibility
ForgeQM supports record keeping and deterministic checks. It does not replace competent engineering judgement, applicable standards, contractual requirements, or independent approval.
Your data
You remain responsible for the records you enter, their accuracy, required approvals, retention, and exports. Do not upload material you are not authorised to use.
Availability and changes
The service may change and may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or events outside reasonable control. Features labelled draft, beta, advisory, or coming soon must not be relied on as complete.
Accounts and access
Organisation owners control team access. Access may be restricted when a trial ends, a subscription is inactive, security is at risk, or these terms are materially breached.
