Information collected
ForgeQM processes account and organisation details, quality records, uploaded documents, access information, and support communications needed to operate the service.
How information is used
Information is used to provide and secure the service, isolate organisation data, deliver requested email, support users, diagnose faults, and meet applicable obligations.
Service providers
Hosting, storage, email, payment, monitoring, and support providers may process limited information on ForgeQM's behalf. Provider details and contractual terms must be confirmed before final legal approval.
Sharing
Information is not sold. It may be disclosed when directed by an authorised organisation user, required to operate the service, or required by law.
Retention and security
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used. No system is completely secure. Retention periods, backup policy, and formal data-request contacts remain to be finalised.
Access and corrections
Contact the ForgeQM operator through your normal support channel to request access, correction, export, or deletion, subject to legal and contractual retention requirements.
